
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Franky, a service provided under the RankONE SEO division of ES Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Franky provides Google Business Profile setup, optimisation, and ongoing performance management software designed to improve your business visibility and activity across Google Maps and Search.
By subscribing to or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
Franky is a subscription-based platform that helps businesses optimise, manage, and grow their Google Business Profile presence. We provide software access, optimisation support, and ongoing improvements that enhance your online visibility and lead generation from Google Maps.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied to us, including business details, contact information, imagery, and service descriptions, is accurate and up to date. You must complete the Google verification process promptly and provide any required codes or documentation when requested. Failure to do so may delay or impact performance outcomes.
We may modify or improve our software and services at any time. Significant changes to service functionality or pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
All software, content, and materials provided through Franky remain the intellectual property of ES Studios and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as part of your active subscription. Copying, reselling, or redistributing our technology or content without written consent is prohibited.
Subscriptions renew automatically every 28 days (approximately monthly) unless cancelled in accordance with Section 3.
A one-time setup fee may apply depending on your chosen package. This fee covers initial optimisation, setup, and account configuration.
If you begin on a free trial, billing will begin automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
All payments must remain current to maintain service. Overdue payments may result in suspension of access until balances are cleared. Continued non-payment may result in account termination.
All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
All payments, including setup and subscription fees, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance. Once a billing cycle renews, service continues through that cycle’s end.
We may update pricing periodically. You will receive at least 30 days’ notice of any price change before your next renewal date.
To cancel your subscription, contact our support team through the details provided in your onboarding communication (email or SMS). You’ll receive a short cancellation form to complete.
A 28-day notice period applies to all cancellations. This period begins once your completed cancellation form is received.
Billing continues through the notice period. Your service and software access remain active until the end of that period.
All payments must be up to date before a cancellation takes effect. If fees are overdue, they must be paid in full before we can process your cancellation.
If a chargeback is initiated before the 28-day notice period concludes, a $50 administrative fee applies in addition to any unpaid fees.
Your cancellation is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from ES Studios Support.
To restart a cancelled account, a new subscription must be created and current pricing will apply.
Google may require verification by postcard, phone, video, or email. You are responsible for completing the verification steps and providing any required codes or credentials to us within 5 business days of receipt.
Postal verification can take up to 4 weeks. Google occasionally requires re-verification or manual reviews; these are outside our control but we assist throughout the process.
Google may request additional evidence such as utility bills, business licences, signage photos, storefront videos, or on-site imagery. You must supply these promptly when requested.
You retain full ownership of your Google Business Profile. You authorise us to access your account with appropriate management permissions to perform optimisation, publish updates, and track performance.
If your profile becomes suspended or disabled, we’ll assist with reinstatement. Additional fees may apply if extensive support or escalation with Google is required.
Unverified or suspended profiles limit visibility, ranking data, and reporting accuracy. Any verification or reinstatement delays may extend timelines for optimisation results.
Franky uses ongoing best practices including category refinement, service and product additions, keyword optimisation, post scheduling, review strategy, photo and video updates, and citation consistency to strengthen your profile’s authority and visibility.
Our system continuously analyses data and makes improvements to your Google Business Profile to increase engagement and rankings over time.
Search visibility is influenced by factors outside our control, including Google’s algorithm changes, competitor activity, proximity, and user behaviour. We do not guarantee a specific position or performance metric.
We provide reports showing keyword movements, profile views, website clicks, calls, direction requests, and other activity metrics tracked via Google.
Performance depends on your cooperation, providing accurate data, completing verification, supplying required images or content, and actively encouraging reviews.
If you maintain an active subscription for 6 consecutive 28-day billing cycles and none of your agreed-upon primary keywords reach the top 3 positions on Google Maps in any of your tracked target areas, you may request a 50% refund of all payments made during those six cycles, provided you cancel before the start of the seventh billing period.
To qualify:
The profile must be verified, active, and compliant with Google’s guidelines throughout the period.
The business must maintain accurate contact information and service areas.
A minimum of 2 genuine customer reviews per month must be added.
Up to 3 target keywords and defined service areas must be agreed in writing within 14 days of onboarding.
No policy violations, suspensions, or material business changes (such as relocations or new branding) may occur during the guarantee period.
The guarantee does not apply to businesses in restricted or prohibited categories (such as adult services, crypto, or multi-location networks using shared phone numbers). The guarantee also excludes suspended or de-listed profiles.
We collect and process business information (including profile data, performance metrics, and contact details) for the purpose of delivering and improving our services.
Franky operates through secure third-party technologies for data processing, analytics, and hosting. These partners may process anonymised or aggregated data solely for performance and compliance purposes.
We adhere to UK GDPR, US Data Protection, and related regulations. You can request data access or deletion by contacting [email protected].
You retain ownership of your business data and Google account. We maintain rights only to the optimisation data and reporting generated through our platform.
We aim for continuous access to the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation due to maintenance, third-party outages, or platform updates beyond our control.
The service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that Franky will produce specific results, rankings, or revenue outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the preceding 28-day billing cycle.
We are not liable for any acts, errors, or service changes made by Google or any third-party platforms connected to your account.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ES Studios, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
your misuse of the service;
inaccurate information provided by you; or
violation of Google’s or third-party terms through your account activity.
These Terms are governed by:
the laws of England and Wales for UK clients; and
the laws of the State of California, USA for US clients.
Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction corresponding to your billing address.
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant updates will be communicated by email or through your account dashboard. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms form the complete agreement between you and ES Studios regarding Franky. They supersede all prior communications, proposals, or understandings about the service.
